I close my eyes and all I see
is the pain that's hidden deep inside of me.
I wish I was free like a dove in the sky.
Not feeling no pain, or ever having to cry.
Why doesn't this saddness just leave me alone?
In my body it dwells like I'm it's only home!
I lost faith in everything, I trust no one,
Not my father or mother or brother or son,
I wish I was happy like I was once before,
But that will never happen,
I'm not the same anymore...
